Pros
The company works on cool stuff and some of the employees are talented and hard workers. Product has a sense of cool and quality to it which should some of the horrifying techniques used by the CEO works.
Cons
This is a 1930s dictatorship with thick layer of politics to keep the tyrant happy. Once you walk into the company and you have to work with the management you need to throw away any sense of respect you had for yourself. Pleasing the boss is all that matters.
