Pros
I've been at Razer for a few years and seen quite a lot of times when the team pulled together and have done amazing things -- reacting to the market and launching products with insane turnaround, or really innovating some new tech. Sometimes I stand back and am really impressed; the management has created a culture of hard work and there are some talented people there that shine. It's pretty rewarding to see a product that you worked on getting 5-star reviews and win awards. there are always challenges to keep you engaged and looking forward to more problems to solve.
Cons
Even with the culture of hard work, there's a lot of dead weight flying under the radar doing the least amount of work possible. Gamers are resourceful and know how to game the system, so some are notorious for min/maxing their day. also for the amount of rewards we win, there's also a lot of Razer hate. just look at Razer on social media and it's filled with people who have broken gear and pissed off about the high prices and unreliability and how they'll never buy Razer again. we get more hate than our competitors and it's hard to change the negative perception. It's really disheartening to hear stuff like that When the CEO says jump, we all have to drop everything and run around like headless chickens. I get this is part of the Razer culture that react quickly but we can't keep doing it all the time, it burns people out.
