Pros
Free lunch! Surrounded by cool and innovative tech products / projects, gamers and like-minded individuals. Great stepping stone for those who wish to pursue a career in tech and consumer products / entertainment.
Cons
Singapore office is housed in an old industrial park and not the best working environment - though they are moving to a new building soon. Culture is pretty top-down and sometimes hard to implement new ideas - have to just follow direction from the top. Tough deadlines, lack of teamwork and coordination between teams can sometimes cause frustrations.
