Pros

If you don't have much experience and are looking for work in the gaming industry it's much easier to get in here. Razer tends to hire inexperienced people due to not wanting to pay much in salary. Other than that, they offer some free lunches and Razer looks great on a Resume.

Cons

Upper management will degrade and beat down on you every chance they get and practically never offer praise. Employees are told that the only way to do well in their jobs is to throw out any resemblance of a work life balance with which no additional compensation will ever be offered for. Director level positions are like chopping blocks with new Directors being brought in yearly. Lower level employees usually last under 2 years. Employees are constantly looking for new jobs. There is little to no opportunity for career advancement and if you are offered "career advancement" it is in title only. This company does not offer raises other than cost of living. Additionally, this company often will bring people on offering a full time work on a "3 month temp to hire" contract and never take employees off temporary status because they don't want them to have benefits or appear as more than contract work on the books.
