Extremely frustrating work environment. Hostility abounds. Severe lack of talent due to extremely high turn over rate. You soon find out that nothing here is as it appears. Any good impressions you had of Razer are based on an illusion and it will never be whatever you were expecting. If you try to fix things you just end up with a gaping hole where your soul used to be. Don't even bother because it will slowly kill you! This all makes it impossible to be effective in your job.
