Manager - Anonymous employee Razer Employee Review

Worst management I've ever witnessed. Employees are threatened daily. Meetings were held and all employees were told they must write positive reviews about the company and CEO and that posting anything negative is grounds for immediate termination. I personally was asked to write several positive reviews in order to drive the company's ratings up for recruiting purposes. I've been at the company for several years and it has only gotten worse. As sales decline and people continue to jump ship, they are more and more desperate to bring in new talent.
