Pros
- Free lunch. - Be able to purchase customer return gears for cheap. - No shortage of jokes...threats from managers become jokes after a while. - There are always hopes/dreams...because they are never true. - Make you realize that there are things that worse than what you experienced in the past.
Cons
- 70% developers don't even play game. Most people who do play games are supports, testers. You can't develop good software to work with "Steam games" if you don't have Steam installed on your machine...hello!!! where is the "For Gamers, by Gamers"? - Budget for research and development of new ideas is assuming $10 per month because by the time the required equipment get purchased, the project is canceled. - Long working hours with no compensation. - Spam emails for employees to vote on particular Razer product during a show is...lame. That means you are not believing in your own products.
