*culture is generally supportive and collaborative, especially within the marketing and internal teams. *opportunities to work with industry stakeholders, planning meetings, organizing events at a global stage. *hybrid work for those that answer late calls
Cons
*not enough people in many departments, attrition is high and people keep leaving *hours are long, many campaigns are run on low manpower *sense that management is focused on ai,but there hasn't been any results that show it will help the company. heads are getting skeptical about the direction. *trainees are talking within that the initiatives are not turning out well. why do other departments have to struggle when there are no results?
