Working on AI Projects and lots of exposure to AI technologies and real time use cases. Salaries are paid above market rates. Management is extremely friendly. Feedbacks are considered seriously by the HR and are resolved immediately

Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.
