None at all. Negative in all aspects

Cons

Run by dictators who have super big egos with terrible ideas. Everything there is gamed including the ratings on Glassdoor. No feedback ever is taken in the right spirit. Politically charged they are out to ruin work and employees productivity. They need yes-men who do as they are told. Centrally controlled, it is run by people who are ad-hoc, moody, rude, unprofessional sadists who should not be running companies. Overall poor strategy and worst possible execution

1. Exposure to virtually any programming language or technique out there. 2. Chance to work with some of the best programmers of your time. 3. Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.
