Pros 1. Got to work on a wide range of technologies. 2. Working environment is great. Seniors are always there to help. You will develop a sense of responsibility for your work. 3.HRs are good and helpful.

Cons

The product and work might change rapidly which can be frustrating sometimes. One day you are sweating for meeting a deadline and the next day that module might not even be needed.

Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.
