Pros
- They used work on ML studio like applications similar to Azure ML or AWS sage maker etc. But it was just a copycat application, I did not see any great value from such applications - Join this company only if you have no other alternative and if you are unemployed

- DO NOT JOIN THIS Company, I warn you - All the positive reviews here on glassdoor for this company are fake reviews submitted by the company management or the company HR, please be aware. The tone and content of such positive reviews are similar as if they are written by the same person - Constant change in products, at the time I was working in this company, they had changed the product/offering at least 4-5 times, by now they may in the 8th or 9th iteration of the product. Mind you, this company has been around for almost 15 years and still they dont have any paying customers or revenue - This company has no real customers or business or revenue to show - The founders and management have no idea on what they are trying to build and who their customers are - They give you no time to learn and adapt to the company, they expect results within one week after joining - There is way too much politics in the company. There are many people who are hanging around in this company for 10+ years and these people don't allow new employees to adjust in the company - They don't have any real product that is functional and deployed in production for customers - Everything is decided by one person in the company and there is no process in the company
