Pros

Many iterations to product, so you are never idle.

Cons

Even though the company has hardly 70 employees there is no clarity of information. A lot of politics and not very welcoming of new comers. Employees have been here from a long time, hence there is no inclusive culture or innovations. No real customers, company has been running on investors money from 15 years. The product has seen more iterations than the total customers that have actually used it. They tend to hire from one geographical location more than others.

1. Exposure to virtually any programming language or technique out there. 2. Chance to work with some of the best programmers of your time. 3. Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.
