Very good learning environment. Compensation better than industry standard. Employees get to work with cutting edge technologies. Employees get exposure to end to end process of SDLC.

Cons

Huge work pressure. But with the offered compensation, that is obvious. No proper training infrastructure. The company believes in self learning (well, initially that's stressful, but that is a very useful skill to possess). Average infrastructure.

1. Exposure to virtually any programming language or technique out there. 2. Chance to work with some of the best programmers of your time. 3. Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.
