Good opportunities to showcase your ideas or talent. Good pay for a startup. Nice increments. Good environment. Your can also work closely with your seniors. Not too much work pressures.

Cons

No proper work-life balance. No proper training is given. Company believes in self learning. There is almost no process in place when it comes to working on projects. No proper maintenance of infrastructure.

Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.
