Pros

1. Exposure to virtually any programming language or technique out there. 2. Chance to work with some of the best programmers of your time. 3. Less politics and a lot more tech discussions whole day. 4. The best management as Razorthink is not just a business of them, but it's created from their passion for building amazing softwares.

Cons

If you are just an average programmer, this is not the place you want to be. But you lack skills now, but you are ready to bust your back from now on and aim to be the best in the profession they will give you a shot.

Pros

Interns were given responsibilities that made real contributions to the company. The tech director offered a wide range of potential projects to work on, as well as a flexible working schedule. Communications were generally smooth, despite the company having teams in different countries across multiple time zones. The company itself is a relatively small startup, but people there are dedicated to bringing out a cool product.

Cons

Most people work remote, which makes it difficult to get to know each team member in person.
