      -Flexible schedules: Variety of shift start times for different schedules -Serving Assistants -Good HR Department

      Cons

      -No server protection. If you don't get tipped on a tab they don't care and you're still expected to tip out the same based on overall sales -Enforce teamwork when training but not once you're on your own -Reporting cash tips
