      Good Benefits, flexible work schedule. Overtime comp system able to be paid out quarterly for salaried employees.

      Onboard training almost non-existent for new employees.

      Pros

      Recognize good work, great work-life balance most of the time. We're hybrid but they're very flexible if you need to be remote for an office day. They approve PTO in a more than fair manner and check-in on employees often.

      Interesting work due to their many connections.

      They seem to be floundering. Lots of turnover.
