Cons:
1. Red flag from the start… RESTRICTIVE NON-COMPETE. Employees are miserable but have no option to look at other opportunities due to a very restrictive non-compete. Yes, lots of training is put in (so a non-solicitation clause would make sense so you can not take clients or employees), but theirs states that you can not work in the field for 18 months within a certain radius of ANY clinic. Many of the employees who have been here for a year or longer are simply here because they are stuck and have no option, due to the scare tactic that the CEO has in place.
2. The pay is not good at all, but again they can pay you as low as you want because you are stuck there due to the non-compete.
3. The reviews that are positive on here are only written because emails are sent out wanting people to “Rave about their great experiences here”, so they are most likely new employees who don’t know what they have gotten into yet.
4. Clients who make no progress are simply kept here due to their ability to bill insurance, this isn’t a therapy clinic, it’s a how much money can we profit clinic.
5. No room for creativity.
