Pros
The kids were amazing and some of my coworkers were very supportive and became good friends. This job also provided good experience about what to avoid when looking for a job.
Cons
Almost everything. First of all, this company will put money above everything else. They will put it above their employees' health and happiness or the needs of the clients. The upper management was extremely cliquey and would not listen to the suggestions from the individuals who were working 8 hours a day with the clients. Everything was about money and power instead of making an actual difference in kids' lives. The pay was horrible for what we were expected to do. The work environment was extremely toxic and people were belittled instead of listened to. If you are looking to make a difference in a child's life don't work here. But if you are looking for a job with low pay, large amounts of responsibilities that will leave you feeling horrible at the end of the day, then this is the job for you.
