Cons
Please, please know that the negative reviews are 100% accurate - this company has been one of the worst I've experienced in my career. Work-life balance is not even a word in anyone's vocabulary - they expect you to only live to work for them and don't understand your life outside of work has any value UNLESS you are one of the chosen favorite upper management --- favoritism runs rampant and if you are not one of the select few, you will feel like an outsider and be forced to swallow extremely unfair treatment with no means of speaking out. If you think if you work hard and prove to do great work for them that they will respect and appreciate you, that's not the case unfortunately. You give until you can't give anymore, and then you're faced with reprimands for being bled dry without any hint of appreciation for what you've done for them. It's never enough. In terms of senior or upper management, the title system is a complete joke - people with the director, senior director, etc. titles would in no way shape or form be considered at that level at any other company. Most of them, you might have guessed, are the select few who were favorites and had "speedy" career paths. It might be a good environment for someone who wants to work in such a "cut throat" work environment OR who really wants to work in this industry, I can't speak for them, but for someone who is passionate about what they do and wants to make a difference, you should find a different company. All I can say is really trust the negative reviews and don't be swayed with pretty words. They have a lot of work to do to make this place tolerable.
