Pros

Great benefits package Great remote/hybrid work model

Cons

For a company who is said to be “very big on mental health” and goes as far as even offering so many paid-for private personal therapy sessions a year per employee, they sure have no regard whatsoever when it comes to their employees’ mental well-being. HR lacks urgency and is non responsive when it comes to responding to borderline harassment claims even though the company has a “strict” no retaliation policy. Senior management consists of narcissistic & mentally unstable dictators who patronize their employees & see them as a threats as opposed to assets to their teams. They have little to no respect and zero interpersonal skills, this example of senior management referring to the payroll manager specifically. You can be directly threatened to your face, request a mediation with HR and they will tell you they understand your concerns, set up a meeting with you and reschedule it 5 times & for 4 weeks later while you walk on eggshells around your psychotic manager fearing for your job security. Even after expressing concerns multiple times and having multiple (atleast 3) other employees complain about the same thing (person) nothing is done in this company to improve on these issues as it is not seen as a priority. Would honestly never recommend working for this company as in the world we live in today, work-life balance & a healthy mentality is crucial and those qualities are not valued with this company.

Pros

- none. this company is soul suckingly inefficient and they prefer it that way

Cons

- the most dishonest and toxic work environment that I have ever been a part of - the most unqualified management that I have come across (I have worked across numerous agencies - the work is sketchy at best and clients are grossly over billed. Pressuring employees to over bill clients and trying to force inaccurate or incomplete work through the purposely inefficient review processes is common practice at RC - if you do not over bill your clients your managers will begin to micromanage you in a manner that hints at you not doing enough. - Account teams know nothing about media or advertising and make the most uninformed promises to clients and that media activation is constantly on the hook and being blamed for - they hire very little or no men in general. this place is like a toxic middle school atmosphere, it is truly exhausting to be a part of. - managers will routinely insult you in a way you've never been insulted before at work and nothing will be done about it - information is usually gate kept and teams will prevent you from doing your job while management is asking that you contribute more.
