Pros
Wellness stipend, somewhat competitive salaries, some strong clients
Cons
I have never left a Glassdoor review but unfortunately this company needs to be seriously evaluated. Please take the negative reviews seriously if applying here. There are many agencies out there that will support and look after your career growth. This is not that place. Real Chemistry leaders are hyper focused on growth and expansion that they are failing to care for the people that are giving them the chance to grow in the first place. Most people get anxious after seeing that conditions aren’t improving within their first year and will jump ship. This company doesn’t seem to want to handle its retention issues and then berate engaged, talented and hardworking current employees for not billing enough hours back to clients. While there are many people that are very intelligent, kind and good at their jobs, this crowd is unfortunately overshadowed by genuinely unkind, rude and unhelpful individuals (who should be all on the same team) that no one seems to want to course correct and remove from the company. There are many, significant structural issues - little to no training, onboarding or guidance, that in order to work here you need to be ok with jumping over numerous hurdles and characters to do your job successfully. I recommend to those starting off their careers to look elsewhere - this isn’t how an agency should function and you shouldn’t have to “make due” just because Real Chemistry hasn’t figured it out a lasting solution.
