There are truly some thought leaders that could move the business forward. Unique approach to solving client needs is attractive. Co-workers are dedicated to success and can be some of the best people you'll get to work with.
Cons
Unfortunately, the good thought leaders aren't in Digital or Software. Ego drives all, and it's driven all the quality folks out of the business. If you're interested in Digital or Software work, know that the leaders have little to no clue what they're really up to. They talk a good game, but execution leaves a lot to be desired. Other reviewers have remarked on the billability issue, which is the only measure of success as far as leadership is concerned. This isn't a bad thing until you try to build a software team on the back of individual billabilty targets. Distractions run rampant for the team, and they end up chasing the next dollar instead of focusing on delivering quality products.
