Pros
A very clear strategy of catch and release here. Pull you in with high pay. It's like a revolving door. So I suppose a pro is that you really shouldn't feel bad about leaving!
Cons
Have you seen the show "Severence"? I swear it could have been filmed here. I've never witnessed a culture so utterly toxic. It felt like I was being punked. An insanely bloated upper management means that your "director" level positions here mean nothing and are functionally very junior. The internal promoting without leadership development has created an environment where 22 year olds raised in a toxic environment go on power trips. I went from running a large team at a prior agency to being treated like a child and had emails double and triple edited. Like many places the "unlimited" PTO is an utter fraud meant to save the company money. The kicker here is that managers regularly reject any and all requests, even those made months in advance. To top it all off the work being done here lacks teeth, and any attempts to push for data-driven approaches are quickly squashed for "the way we've always done it."
