People in the business working hard.
Cons
Hard to believe you could define the culture of a company and its leader in this way, but it is truly the only way to describe what goes on here. Lack of moral compass often resulting in behavior that is harmful to many to benefit one or a few. Decisions that clearly say we don’t care about the impact to 400+ people and decisions made at the expense of the business to benefit the few that are willing to say anything to succeed. Dishonest with a side of naive and topped with “don’t really care”. Appalled by the lack of character or care for the law.
