The best cloud brokerage, no monthly desk fees like eXp Realty. Very favorable split structure. Support is more helpful than eXp in my experience.

No definite cons. The con is that you are on your own, as is the case with any other cloud brokerage.

They really invest in their Agents. The Tech offered is incredible, have not seen another brokerage back-end compare. Unique ability to leverage multiple streams of income from the brokerage. Great culture.

Almost too tech-forward... they recently started using A.I. to assist in analyzing paperwork for compliance which has caused delays from some agents in processing their closed transactions over mistakes the AI made, not the agent. Broker's are spread thin, agent count to broker/managing broker count is not nearly balanced enough.
