Pros
I found the management very professional. I received good training that I used to advance my career. The ownership was friendly and very hands on.
Cons
I would of preferred an office instead of a cubicle environment, the ability to work from home on certain days, and more vacation days at the start of my employment.

hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.
Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!
Cons
The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
