      Pros

      Dynamic working environment with great people throughout the company. The access to senior management is superb and most importantly everyone portrays integrity and strong ethics.

      Cons

      Opportunity to grow is great, but can be challenging at times, especially with lean teams and people in different locations.

      Pros

      hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

      Pros

      Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

      Cons

      The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
