Pros

Every where I've been there are qualified and dedicated people that are interested in building something special. They offer advice, training and support to help you become a true asset to the company and to advance you in your career. Good people to work with.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

Pros

hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

Cons

None to talk about really

Pros

Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

Cons

The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
