We are disappointed to read that you did not feel supported and that there was a lack of training provided.
We pride ourselves on providing support to our properties from a corporate level in Operations, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Digital and E-Commerce and Human Resources and we have robust monthly training opportunities across many disciplines which can be accessed by every associate by logging in to our Learning Management System.
