Hello Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience with Real Hospitality Group as General Manager. We are disappointed to read that you did not feel supported and that there was a lack of training provided. We pride ourselves on providing support to our properties from a corporate level in Operations, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Digital and E-Commerce and Human Resources and we have robust monthly training opportunities across many disciplines which can be accessed by every associate by logging in to our Learning Management System. We would appreciate you providing further details in regard to the areas where you feel support and training could be improved by emailing us directly at info@realhospitalitygroup.com. This will enable us to identify where we can improve for our current and future associates. Once again, we thank you very much for your feedback which will help us to improve as we continue to grow and we wish you much success with your future.

hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

Cons

None to talk about really

Pros

Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

Cons

The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
