Pros

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful within the company. The company gives back continuous to the community. The CEO also takes time to teach students in college about the hospitality industry in his free time. Students from the college I graduated from got to visit a property under construction that was going to be managed by Real Hospitality Group. To me, that is so amazing to see from a company. I have been able to learn so much through the apprenticeship program I am a part of. Words can’t describe the experience I have gained thanks to this company. I picked a wonderful company to work for out of college and I can’t wait to continue to grow with them. Real Hospitality is a growing company with lots of job openings Everyone here is REAL, (Reliable, Efficient, Accessible, and Loyal). Whenever I have a question or needed help progressing from one department to the next in my apprenticeship, there is always someone who is there to help me and I could count on. Positive environment The company truly cares for their employees and is there to help. Very personable company

Pros

hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

Cons

None to talk about really

Pros

Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

Cons

The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
