We know that this year has presented many challenges to our associates on property and that our associates have had to wear many different hats over the last 8 months. We also know that even faced with these challenges, our associates have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional guest experiences and contributed to the well being of the communities in which we operate. We appreciate the great lengths our team members have gone to, to ensure our guests are well taken care of despite these challenges. Your feedback is a reminder to us to verbalize our appreciation and we thank you for that. We have a number of programs in place to help our associates advance and grow a career with us from monthly training to mentorship. We would encourage all of our team members to speak with their General Manager to identify opportunities and programs that will help with their career progression. Pros

hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

Pros

Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

Cons

The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
