Thank you very much for your review on Real Hospitality Group. We are sorry that your experience did not match our intention of being a great place to work.
We know that this year has presented many challenges to our associates on property and that our associates have had to wear many different hats over the last 8 months. We also know that even faced with these challenges, our associates have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional guest experiences and contributed to the well being of the communities in which we operate. We appreciate the great lengths our team members have gone to, to ensure our guests are well taken care of despite these challenges. Your feedback is a reminder to us to verbalize our appreciation and we thank you for that.
We have a number of programs in place to help our associates advance and grow a career with us from monthly training to mentorship. We would encourage all of our team members to speak with their General Manager to identify opportunities and programs that will help with their career progression.
