Pros

I appreciate the direction, time, and guidance that is provided within the company. My direct supervisor listens first, then always seeks to provide recommendations for me to consider but allows me to make decisions. My co-workers are collaborative and supportive of each other, especially through the last 8 months; we've all pulled together to achieve outstanding results. Communication has greatly improved within and between departments.

Cons

The workload continues to increase.

Pros

hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

Pros

Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

Cons

The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
