Pros

Great Management company. I have worked for this group off and on since 2014 and they are growing and have become a lead in this increasingly growing field. They care a great deal in the success of their associates and leaders

Cons

Realistically, they have not been in the negative. The Pros out way the Cons. I think some people have a tendency to blame the management company when things do not go their way, but this group have done great things, and support the people that have potential.

hey seemed to be adapting to the idea of work life balance. We have flexible scheduling and cross training opportunities to work in other departments when the needed shifts align better with personal schedules.

Do you notice all the positive reviews say they are from General Managers? That's because Sr. Leadership mandated they write positive reviews to off set all the bad ones. Cohesion!

Cons

The benefits are bad (no 401k match), no vacation time first year and then you only get five days - imagine that - five days vacation in 24 months! Healthcare is not great and expensive. Always shorted staffed - that's how they make money. No WFH. No cafeteria.
