Pros
The support, company culture and systems are the best I have experienced in our industry. Real Manage is a true team in every sense of the word. Software is exceptional, availability of staff is invaluable, I can always reach someone when I need assistance.
Cons
Being an onsite manager half way across the country without a branch does present some challenges, at times I do feel isolated on an island.
