Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry that you felt undervalued and can assure you that every member of our team is vital to our success and our goal is to support our teams as best possible to further that success. There have been no changes or turnover in upper management however, the executive teams remain the same with the addition of a few key roles that were created and not "replaced" as well as some local leadership changes that involved promoting some leaders but all of those changes were made to improve the company culture and have been well received. We also very much value all of the feedback from every employee, from CAM's to Executive we try to incorporate these goals in our employee engagement and learning initiatives and we apologize if you didn't feel as though there was enough of a focus on your feedback.
