Pros
I worked as staff for an on-site team in one of the largest communities in Austin. The on-site staff that I worked with every day was great! I had a select group of corporate office coworkers that I could rely on if I ever needed anything taken care of quickly.
Cons
The benefits were subpar and expensive. We were trained incorrectly on the Ciranet software, so we had to teach ourselves and were left in the dark on a lot of updates happening behind the scenes. The corporate office, in general was hard to get in touch with and we were never given much assistance for our residents when we really needed it. We were promised the ability to move up and around within the company and that was not the case for everyone on our on-site team.
