Leadership changes all the time. There have been two major replacements for CPO for the past 1.5 years and it causes the change of team/organization structures consistently.
Leadership brought in people from their circles of friends to take senior positions. People who work hard with ambitions were dumped with those leadership friends on top of them and were not appreciated. Instead of moving up in the organization, the leadership put people in between and add more layers in the hierarchy.
No collaborations (Only the leadership thinks they do).
Leadership fails to communicate the objectives. Their goal is 100% UU and leads focused. The work is very focused on optimization and SEO, which make the team to think like a media company instead of a product company. Not a good place for product people.
