Pros
This job offered the best training you could ever ask for. They gave you every available resource possible and trained you personally throughout your time on the floor. Director of Sales, Adrian Matthews, goes out of his way every day to give you perspective and ways to succeed at the job. Don't get me wrong, this job is not easy, it requires a lot of hard work, dedication and courage to make it happen, but if you are lucky enough to have landed this job/position, you can become really really successful. Another great aspect of this job is that they promote from within so there clearly is a path to continue to grow in your career as you move along. So far, I have zero complaints. This is a position to be grateful for.

Hard to think of a con for a company that gives you an opportunity to make executive salary in your first sixth months.
