Pros
Sales enablement is a keystone to my success at RDC. Salesforce Lightening, Gong, Auto Dialer and support for all the tools included. Quality products being sold. Retention rate is great and we can see the performance of the assets we are providing realtors. Culture is a priority of senior leadership. Work hard, get paid very well. "one team, one dream" Did I mention gift cards? Free dash pass on DoorDash. Sales managers want to help you become the best version of yourself. If you ask for help, you get help and then some. Work where you want, when you want (if you perform well and hit your quotas you can have flexible hours) Support is plentiful in all aspects from personal development to sales enablement to transparency of what is going on in the company. (neither good nor bad): you can work Saturdays if you want. I pop in for 45 minutes, get the leads from the people who inquired from the night before, make a sale and log off to enjoy the day. (making over $150 in an hour at the minimum)
Cons
Get. Ready. To. Dial. There is no slacking off. Very much a perform or get fired environment. It sounds scary but the minimum performance standards are very easy to hit for ANY experienced sales person who applies themselves. You are graded to a "T" on your numbers. Any sales person who wants to succeed should not be scared by this. Some complain about putting yourself in "break" or "wrap up" status on the dialer but if you work hard then management will never give you an issue. Been here for 8 months and have yet to get a shoulder tap saying to step it up
