Pros
Exceptional training, nice co-workers, decent management, and good supervision. Starting pay is pretty good for a call center.
Cons
Don't really get a chance to talk with your co-workers other than your breaks or when it's really slow. Slow season is about 3 months in a year. Work can get frustrating depending on who you are on the phone with. Division of workload isn't balanced. Some of your co-workers tend to slack off. In terms of career progression, this is not the company you want to work for. I've heard people say they've been there for years and are just Tier 2 / Research with no real salary raise. When i was working there people would tell me they rather stay in Tier 1 than get promoted to tier 2 / research since there isn't any real pay increase despite getting more responsibilities.
