Pros
I had the best manager I've ever had in my professional career - they employ some really great people. When I first started working in 2018 they had a low hourly and higher commission given per activity. I actually started to make really great income but I switched roles. If you are a good worker the company will allow some privilege and can be flexible, which is nice.
Cons
I switched to a role that gave more work/life balance but the pay was pitiful. No matter how much I was praised for my work ethic and success, I wasn't paid well at all. Then we were forced to start over as Customer Success Representatives again and the pay was also pitiful. After 3 and half years at a company, you'd hope that as you get better at the job and work hard, that you'd be compensated for it. Every year I'd earn less money than the year prior. The CEO said that my role accounts for a little over 30% of the company's revenue. If we had a historic year in revenue in 2020 how is it that I didn't see a difference in my paycheck?
