Management often made you feel "heard," only to do nothing about your concerns. Often used excuses like time, or made it seem like they were looking into something but nothing panned out. HEAVY GRIND culture. No matter what role, you're held to strict numbers that make it impossible to rest outside of breaks. You're often dialing constantly and burnt out quickly. Pay is on the very low end for this kind of position. Often doing Account Exec work without the glory of the title or pay. LOW options for upward mobility. I knew several people who had worked here for years and applied to higher positions but were turned down after the final interview with no notice or explanation.
