Pros
I love this company and I love my job. I've never felt as at-home at a company than I do at RDC. I feel like I'm allowed to be myself here. I'm not only given the room to do the best work of my career, I'm encouraged, cheered on, and applauded by my teammates and supervisors for doing it. I work with some of the most talented, diverse, and engaging people and we're constantly and creatively collaborating to move projects forward. Benefits are amazing - plus good flex for a working parent. Salary (and bonus) are way above average for my role. Leadership really cares and they'll tell you directly when you've done something meaningful. I feel respected by my leaders and colleagues - I didn't feel this way at all at my last company. I'm happy here. I can't imagine working anywhere else.
