Pros
Good benefits and 401k. Tuition reimbursement.
Cons
While I thoroughly enjoyed working for the original bosses for my company, once we were bought by Move everything went downhill. It's my opinion that Move Sales reps are under so much pressure to meet quotas that the quality of sales suffers drastically. This, combined with major product quality issues that management refuses to address despite continued voiced concerns from Client Services, results in extreme consumer unhappiness. The management team that replaced our original managers are truly some of the most bafflingly incompetent people I have ever encountered. Just when I think I can give them the benefit of the doubt to make a decision that makes sense, they retreat into a cocoon of willful ignorance so tight that only dollar signs can penetrate through. It won't be until their precious sales are threatened that they will take action, and by that time the damage has already been done. I would not recommend employment at Move for anyone, since it's only a matter of time before management drives (at least this wing) of the company straight into the ground.
