Pros
Uh, well, the base salary is more than the usual $10-12/hr that most gigs like this offer.
Cons
Hmm. well to start my first contact was with the "recruiter", a clown/delusional liar named SHANE. Shane said, with a straight face that he has people making "$20K-$30K PER MONTH". Yep, $240,000-$360,000 per year. Working in a call center. Riiiiight. Needless to say the parking lot didn't exactly have any high end cars. I guess all the people making $240K/year spend their money on their Million Dollar houses in North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Then Shane went on about how "50% of the people they bring on don't make it" Acting like this is some type of high-end "exclusive" job. I found out later that most people QUIT when they realize they've been LIED TO. And it went downhill from there.... A little backround on move/realtor .com. This company used to be public before they were bought out. Stuart Wolf, previous CEO, pled guilty to fraud, insider trading and other SEC violations and spent over 4 years in prison. While Stuart Wolf is no longer there, it's clear that his "lagcy and culture" is alive and well. Oh, and in case you readers are wonbdering, I quit within 2 weeks of realizing what a sham this place is.
