Complete lack of department communication. Senior Marketing staff is irrelevant and unaware about interdepartmental workings and ongoings. Creative needs are overseen by the CEO of the company directly for approval and a majority of major projects never receive actual approval (some being worked on currently from 4 years prior). Lack of content provision or correct guidelines for creation of projects. The CEO is inclined toward cheaper labor and thus the result is a below average salary per position.
