Founder focuses on his own personal fortune and quest to be real estate king that guides nearly every decision he makes. He has a general disdain for and distrust of many of his franchisees which ironically produce the income he desires. The last 4 years have seen a turnover of corporate office employees of nearly 100%. A quick review of repetitive job postings verify that the same positions are hired and fired continually, always looking for someone to bring the pot of gold to the table. No company or good employees can thrive in that Culture.
