We got the opportunity to meet some other great brokers and owners who have made the same mistake. It's very unfortunate for all of us.
Cons
Absolutely zero support from the franchisor. Repeated lies and broken promises from senior "leadership". You can read the reviews below and see where the problem lies. I would never advise anyone to get involved with this organization in any way. It's sad too because it could be great with real leaders in place. Corporately owned offices receive way more service than the franchise offices. Constant turnover of key personnel because they are unable to actually do their jobs. There is zero trust of the organization from the franchisees.
